Delivery
Customers are welcome to make their own pick-up arrangements from our Loganholme premises.
Alternatively, we can book freight on your behalf. Our preferred sub-contract carriers cover most locations within Australia. These carriers offer Standard Delivery Service to Ground Floor (unpacking, placement and rubbish removal not included). Goods can be delivered to your business premises if you prefer to unwrap and check and handle onwards freight.
Please Note: Carriers are not insured to move or handle your existing furniture. For large pieces that require anchoring to walls, we recommended the services of a builder or carpenter, if you do not have your own installation team.
Installation Team
Do you have an installation team to assist your clients with unwrapping, placement of furniture, rubbish removal and assembly? If not, some of our sub-contract carriers can assist with these additional services. Price on application.

Free Freight Promotion
Orders over $4000 (excluding GST) will qualify for free standard delivery service to the metropolitan areas of Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. This covers one delivery to one address only.
This may not apply to large cabinets. Please contact Head Office for full details. Conditions Apply.
This promotion does not apply to any clearance items.
Please note that where Xavier Furniture is ordering fabric on your behalf, the fabric cost is not included as part of the $4000 (excluding GST) threshold.

Insurance
The carriers we select are covered for fire, collision and overturning of vehicles whilst in transit. Insurance covering breakages, scratches, marks, dropping of furniture whilst being loaded or unloaded, theft or non-delivery of goods is a separate insurance known as ‘Household Goods in Transit Insurance’. If required by the customer, this type of cover is to be arranged by the customer and can be obtained through most insurance brokers.
Measuring For Your Furniture Delivery
Before placing your order, it is important that you carefully consider where the furniture piece will be placed and how it will be placed there. Check and measure potential delivery obstacles such as:
- Doorways
- Ceiling Heights
- Stair Railings
- Corners of Walls
- Stair Cases
- Hallways
Arranging Your Own Collection
When arranging you or your clients to collect from our Loganholme warehouse premises, we request that you:
- Provide minimum 48 hours’ notice before pick-up day
- Please bring person/s to assist you
- Please bring blankets to protect goods & your vehicle
- OH&S prohibits our staff from loading into private vehicles
