What we collect
We collect personal information you give us directly, including your name, email address,
phone number, business or studio name, postcode, the type of work you do, and details about a
project or enquiry. If you apply for a trade account we may also collect your ABN, trading name
and business address.
We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit our website —
IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site.
How we collect it
Through our website enquiry and trade application forms; through lead forms hosted on social
media platforms including Facebook and Instagram; by phone, email or in person at our Loganholme
showroom; and through cookies and similar technologies on our website.
Where you submit a lead form on a social media platform, that platform passes the information
you entered to us, and the platform’s own privacy policy also applies to the information it holds.
Why we collect it
To respond to enquiries and quote requests; to assess and manage trade account applications;
to process and deliver orders and provide after-sales support; to send you product news,
availability updates and promotions where you have opted in; to improve our website and
understand which advertising is effective; and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
Who we disclose it to
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us run
the business — website and CRM hosting, email marketing platforms, advertising platforms, payment
processors, and delivery and freight partners — and only for the purpose of providing those
services to us. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Some of these providers store data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States.
By providing your information you consent to that disclosure.
Cookies and advertising
Our website uses cookies and tracking tools, including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, to
measure website performance and show relevant advertising on Facebook, Instagram and other
